Die Kraft des Suchens. Vater. Ehemann. Yogi. Diplomierter Wirtschaftspsychologe. Coach & Trainer. Fighter. Musiker (Bassist der US-amerikanischen Band BOYSETSFIRE und Gitarrist des Mantra-Musik-Projekts THE SAT NAM SESSIONS). All das und noch einiges mehr könnte man über mich sagen. Vor allem aber werde ich von der tiefen Leidenschaft angetrieben, andere dabei zu unterstützen, ihre innewohnenden Potentiale zu fördern. Menschen dabei zu helfen physisch & vor allem auch mental stärker zu werden ist mein grösstes Ziel. Seit meinem 7. Lebensjahr mache ich Kampfsport und seit meiner frühen Jugend intensiv Yoga & Meditation. Aufbauend darauf verbinden sich in meinem BECOMINGME YOGA & MOVEMENT System Technologien aus dem Yoga mit intensiven Eigenkörpergewichtsübungen, aktivierenden Atemtechniken mit dynamischen Übungen. Der Aufbau von neuer Energie & innerer Kraft stehen hierbei stets im Mittelpunkt.
